Summary
Jiwook’s ordinary university life takes an unexpected turn during what should have been a routine group dinner. The uneventful evening shifts when his attention is drawn to a strikingly beautiful freshman whose cold and aloof demeanor stands out. Intrigued yet annoyed by the freshman’s dismissive attitude, Jiwook decides to assert himself and teach the younger student a lesson.
But what begins as an act of simple defiance quickly escalates into something far more sinister. Next morning, Jiwook wakes up in an unfamiliar room, at a loss and marked by shocking evidence of the previous night. It becomes alarmingly clear that he’s fallen into a carefully laid trap.
“You have no idea how relieved I am,” the freshman, Juyeon, remarks with unnerving calmness. “That look in your eyes when you see something you want—it hasn’t changed a bit.”
Used to being in control of all aspects of his life, Jiwook finds himself completely at the mercy of Juyeon’s plans—calculated and mysterious. As Jiwook tries to navigate this sudden and perilous dynamic, he starts to realize that he has been pulled into a nightmare—one that is designed by the person who knows how to hit him where it hurts most.
