If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that any user-submitted content or other material on our platform infringes your copyrights, you may file a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). To do so, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (refer to 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) for further details):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose exclusive rights are allegedly being infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that is claimed to have been infringed, or if a single notification covers multiple works, a representative list of such works on our site.
  3. A clear description of the material alleged to be infringing, along with sufficient information to enable the service provider to locate the material on the platform.
  4. Information that allows us to contact you directly, such as your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  5. A statement asserting your good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or applicable law.
  6. A declaration that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly infringed.

Toonchalant’s designated Copyright Agent for receiving notifications of claimed infringement can be reached at [email protected]. Please note that only DMCA-related notices should be sent to the Copyright Agent. For other inquiries, such as feedback, customer support, or technical assistance, please contact our customer service team through the appropriate channels.

Failure to meet all the requirements outlined in Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA may result in your notice being deemed invalid.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we typically take action within 48 hours. This includes removing the infringing content or restricting access to it as necessary to comply with copyright laws.
